Custom or Made-to-Order Items: May take longer (up to 2–4 weeks). Delivery times will be confirmed upon order.

4. Delivery Process

Deliveries are made to the ground floor/main entrance unless otherwise agreed.

For flats/apartments, please ensure access is clear and safe for our delivery team.

Larger items (beds, sofas) may require customer assistance if no lift is available.
If you require room-of-choice delivery or assembly service, please contact us prior to delivery — extra charges may apply.
5. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available at the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please notify us in advance if you need to reschedule.
