At Furniture Emporium, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In its original packaging (where applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@furnitureemporium.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture

  • Mattresses that have been unsealed or used

  • Clearance or final sale items


3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

You may be asked to provide photos of the item and packaging to support your claim.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items. If you’d like a different product or size, please place a new order and return the unwanted item.
